Replace sugary, artificial syrup with this healthy alternative with a classic taste. Drizzle over pancakes and waffles, fresh fruit or a yogurt parfait.

- 3/4 cup filtered water
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vegetable glycerine*
- 2 teaspoons nonalcoholic maple flavoring
- 1/8 teaspoon white stevia powder
*Derived from coconut oil, vegetable glycerine is a sweet-tasting thickener. It is available in most health food stores.
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. You can also place the ingredients in a clean glass jar, cover with a lid, and shake thoroughly.
- Warm the mixture in a small pan before drizzling it over pancakes, waffles or hot cereal.
